IMU, Main Library offering round-the-clock study space, special deals

In response to student requests for a 24-hour study venue during finals week, University of Iowa Libraries and the Iowa Memorial Union (IMU) are making it happen.

The IMU will be open 24 hours a day through Friday, May 13. The IMU will offer special additional group and quiet study space, free coffee, fruit, and cereal from 1 to 6 a.m. at the University Box Office, and free massages from 9 p.m. to midnight in Hubbard Commons on Thursday–Friday, May 5–6, and Sunday–Monday, May 8–9.

The Main Library will open at 11 a.m., Sunday, May 8, and will remain open until 10 p.m., Friday, May 13. Food for Thought will offer free coffee from 10 p.m. to midnight, Sunday–Tuesday, May 8–10, and energy drinks are marked down to $1.50 for the remainder of the semester.
