The Bijou Cinema, The University of Iowa’s student-run movie house, has teamed up with the UI Campus Activities Board (CAB) to present a new Midnight Movie Series, held biweekly at the historic Englert Theatre in downtown Iowa City.
Admission is free for University of Iowa students with a valid UI ID and $3 for the general public.
The series continues Saturday, Oct. 8, with a screening of the Asian Film Award–nominated I Saw the Devil. See the trailer below:
Upcoming shows in the Midnight Movie Series include A Nightmare on Elm Street (Oct. 22), Donnie Darko (Nov. 5), The Big Lebowski (Nov. 19), and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (Dec. 10).
