The Iowa Center for Research by Undergraduates (ICRU) at The University of Iowa is hosting its second annual Fall Undergraduate Research Festival from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, in the second floor north atrium of University Capitol Centre. It is free and open to the public.
This event showcases more than 80 outstanding undergraduate researchers at the University. Other students, staff, faculty, and the general public can stop by to learn more about undergraduate research experiences.
A list of presenters is available at ir.uiowa.edu/icru/FURF2010.
This event is cohosted by the UI Honors Program, Office of the Vice President for Research, Office of the Provost, and the Graduate College. Students supported by an ICRU award will be presenting their research, but other UI undergraduates, especially those completing honors theses or projects, will join the forum to present their research. The festival is open to all students from all disciplines.
